The car driving simulator is a safe, efficient and cost-effective solution for driver training program. Single-seat cabin consists of real car equipment

Steering wheel: active force feedback, controlled by electric motors, with max output torque 2 – 5Nm, that can change according to vehicle speed, steering angle and road conditions; 3150 degrees (3.5 turns) lock to lock rotation angle; Transmission: The cockpit was designed with both manual and automatic shifter (modular design), can be used interchangeably corresponding to equivalent modes; Pedals: 3 sets, modular (clutch, brake, accelerator). Clutch is disabled in automatic transmission mode; Handbrake: Mechanical handbrake with releasing push button; Driver seat: Adjustable seat (fore, aft, up, down), integrated with 3-point seat belt.

The system features a fast respond 3-DoF motion platform, designed using industrial grade components to ensure stable and reliable operation, with a max weight capacity of 300kg.
